Delivery and Returns within GB 

Estimated Delivery:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business day

Standard delivery is free for GB orders over £80.

Orders under £80 is £4.50.

Express Shipping: 1 business day. Orders must be placed before noon. Price: £9.25 with Royal Mail Special Delivery. These orders require a signature upon receipt.

Return:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right without justification within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product(s) to get a refund - or if you prefer - an exchange.

Simply follow the steps before for your refund to be processed:

1. Send an email to raw@rawcopenhagen.co.uk within 14 calendar days of receiving your product(s), stating your wish to return specific item(s).
2. All jewellery design(s) must be returned unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
3. Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned, unless ordered sealed and returned unopened. Simply write 'seal earrings' at checkout to keep this option available.
   
4. Further, custom orders, including customised lengths cannot be returned nor refunded. However, further adjustments can be made to a custom order for a small fee, if required.
5. The return deadline is met if you send your email of return to raw@rawcopenhagen.co.uk within 14 days upon receipt, and ship the product(s) without unreasonable delay after your request has been approved.
6. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless otherwise stated. All items returned are done at the customer’s risk, therefore I recommend that you obtain proof of postage that is insured for any returned items, like tracked 24 or Special Delivery with Royal Mail.
7. Once RAW Copenhagen has received the returned jewellery piece|(s), any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place the original order, or alternatively the new design(s) desired will be sent to you.
8. All exchanges and refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s).

Please note that a different return policy pertain to Christmas presents, so that you can shop securely for your loved ones, for the Christmas period, the return policy has been extended till 30 January, irrespective of when the jewellery piece was bought from 1 October onwards, simple write Xmas gift at the check out. But otherwise all the rules stated above applies with the exception of the 14 day return period.
