1. Who we are RAW Copenhagen ("we", "us", "our", 'I") is an online jewellery store operated by Karina Johansen, selling handcrafted baroque pearl and gold vermeil jewellery. Our website is rawcopenhagen.co.uk.

   • Payment information (processed securely by Shopify Payments — we do not store card details)

1. Data retention We retain order and customer data for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

   • Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
   • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format

3. How to exercise your rights Email us at raw@rawcopenhagen.co.uk with the subject line "Data Request". We will respond within 30 days.

You can also exercise your rights directly with Shopify via their privacy portal at privacy.shopify.com.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO (UK) at ico.org.uk or your local EU supervisory authority.

1. Children Our store is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

2. Changes to this policy We will notify customers of material changes via email or a notice on our website. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
